The OT BRIDGE technique allows to create a fixed and passive screwed dentures and, counting on the application of the SEEGER ring components, it is also possible to overcome disparallelisms up to 80° of divergence without using, and therefore managing, the correct orientation of the traditional angled MUA. This leads to a greater speed of execution and better aesthetic results due to the smaller dimensions of the OT EQUATOR abutment. In addition, the presence of the SEEGER ring allows to eliminate some of the screw holes in the aesthetic areas.

Savings in materials, instruments and working time are the fundamental aspects for the clinic and the laboratory, which can count on the use of the OT EQUATOR – OT BRIDGE technique both with traditional protocols and with a fully digital cad-cam workflow (working with all the different libraries).

BROKEN SCREW EXTRACTOR KIT

A broken screw fragment inside an implant is a delicate issue to face in the clinic. Counting on the BROKEN SCREW EXTRACTOR KIT system, each type of broken fragment can be removed from the implant if it has not been cemented or if the threads inside the implant have not been damaged in a previous removal attempt. In 90% of attempts the broken screw can be easily unscrewed, but the operation must be completed following precisely the use instructions. The time required to complete the removal procedure may depend on different factors, including the position of the implant which may facilitate or delay the operation.

  • The membrane is essential in stabilising and protecting the grafted biomaterial.

    For 90% of surgical procedures, resorbable membranes are indicated, while for the remaining 10%, in which a prolonged barrier effect is required, non-resorbable membranes are generally used, which however require a second surgery for their removal.

    For this reason, UBGEN® has also created a variant of resorbable membrane with a long-term barrier effect, which is undoubtedly the best solution for the patient, who thus avoids the stress of double surgery.

Thermagen production process

The winning characteristics of the bone substitute of bovine origin, treated at low temperature through our unique Thermagen production process. The bone substitute thus produced has been shown to facilitate in situ volumetric stability, thanks to the superficial cracking of the granules technology. Moreover, this low temperature cleaning process prevents ceramization, while keeping the bovine bone matrix perfectly resorbable and biocompatible.
